Refund policy

Free returns are often anything but in environmental terms. Please check garment measurements carefully before placing your order and feel free to reach out with any fit questions. 

Returns are accepted on garments only with 14 days of receipt. 

Please note that a number of our products are created with vintage or recycled materials. We make every effort to be clear about the condition of any vintage or recycled materials, so please read product descriptions carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email info@celine-waldmann.com. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Online orders can also be accepted at our retail store location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
