A celebration of folk art and making use of every scrap of fabric I can, these mini totes are made from remnants and offcuts of fabric from other projects - you might recognize some of the patterns from other garments. Primarily cotton, but some antique silk on some of the totes - the description will note if the tote contains silk. Each tote is one-of-a-kind.
Exact dimensions vary, but each tote is approximately 9” x 9” with a 6.5” strap drop. Lined in organic cotton muslin.
Each tote has CW hand-embroidered on it somewhere in cotton thread as a nod to samplers - an interest that was first piqued when I bought an embroidery hoop at a market when I was in elementary school.
